Chasing Rabbits, LLC (“Chasing Rabbits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Chasing Rabbits membership program, the website at chasingrabbitsvail.com, the membership web portal at member.chasingrabbitsvail.com, and the Chasing Rabbits Social Club mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

Who This Applies To

The App is a members-only utility for existing members of the Chasing Rabbits Social Club. Membership accounts are created and provisioned by Chasing Rabbits; the App itself does not offer public sign-up.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us:
– Account and profile information: your first and last name, email address, phone number, birthday (month and day), and residency status.
– Authentication information: your login credentials. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are stored in encrypted/hashed form; we do not have access to your plaintext password.
– Reservation requests: when you submit a priority reservation request, we collect the requested venue, date, time window, party size, and any special requests, along with your name, email, and phone number, so our team can follow up.
– Communications: information you provide when you contact us or consent to receive messages from us.

Information collected automatically:
– Session data on your device: to keep you signed in, the App stores a login session token locally on your device.
– Basic technical data necessary to operate and secure the App.

Analytics: We may use analytics tools to understand how members use the App — for example, which features are used — so that we can improve it. Where we use analytics, we do so for our own product and service improvement only.

Advertising and tracking: The App contains no advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not collect precise location data.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:
– Provide, maintain, and secure your membership account and the App;

– Receive and process your priority reservation requests and have our staff respond to them;

– Access and update: You can view and edit your profile information (name, phone, birthday, residency) directly in the App.

– Marketing communications: You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us. We may still send transactional messages (such as reservation confirmations).

Colorado residents: Under the Colorado Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising.
